Repair or replacement of compressor, in case compressor repair or replacement is required the same will be charged at actuals. For OEM-covered warranty compressors, labor and gas charges will apply.
Repair or replacement of Voltage stabilizers: Scanners, MCBs, MCCBs, ELCBs, Electrical panel or heating systems.
Repair or replacement of Sheet metal parts and Plastic parts such as return air filter or grill.
Repair or replacement of Condenser coil or Evaporator coil. Charges applicable for gas & labor due to replacement of these coils.
Refrigerant piping and its ancillaries.
Any failure due to improper voltage supply or usage: any defects or damages occurred during the transportation and or mishandling of unit by end-user, modifications or Fabrication of Duct or its ancillaries.
Thermal or Acoustic insulation: While dismantling or shifting or reinstallation of system.
Any defect or damage due to entry of rodents into machines.
